Xi “Xirpent” Lau is one of 5 Canadian mixed martial artists who will be competing at Caribbean Ultimate Fist Fighting (CUFF) 19 in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago on Saturday night, where he will be taking on Venezuelan Guillermo Salazar in the co-main event.
Lau, who trains out of Trillium MMA in Scarborough, talks with MM-EH Andy Cotterill to discuss his training and career so far, and what he thinks his life as a fighter will look like after this weekend.
