16 professional mixed martial artists stepped on to the scale today to verify their contracted weights for the BTC’s 19th event, set for tomorrow at the Leon’s Centre in Kingston, Ontario.
There were 4 fights in total that were scuttled prior to the event, 3 in just the past few days.

The morning of the weigh-ins both Wilson and Sigvaldson alerted the promoter that lack of sufficient hot water in their hotel was preventing them from cutting the weight that they needed to make 135 lbs, so they verbally agreed to a catch weight of 138 lbs.
Sigvaldson, Henniene, and Lochard all missed weight on their first attempt and were given one hour to re-attempt. Only Hennienne was successful, and Sigvaldson and Lochard will forfeit a percentage of their purses to their opponents.
