Nick ‘The Ninja of Love’ Denis made a spectacular debut in the Ultimate Fighting Championship on FX 1 last night, knocking out Joseph Sandoval in just 22 seconds.

Denis came out from the opening bell like a demon, throwing crisp and accurate combinations.  Once he got in close to Sandoval, he immobilized his head by grabbing the back of his neck with a half collar choke, and delivered three or four crushing elbows to the side of his head, dropping him immediately.

Denis, who trains out of Ronin MMA in Ottawa and Tristar in Montreal, earned a $45,000 USD bonus for Knock Out of the night.
